Unfortunately, the weather has been far too mild for the last 3 weeks. Autumn was already much too warm and now temperatures up to 16°C, no night frosts, sun and rain are causing the plants to bud early. Tulips, daffodils, grape hyacinths and alliums can be seen growing.
The snowdrops and hazelnut are already blooming. Like the snowball snowball, the snow roses have almost withered and the lenten rose will open soon. Azalea, roses and tree peonies already have buds.
The green rose “Viribunda” is blooming and the remaining fallen apples still taste wonderful despite a few frosty days!
It could be late autumn.
The snails are also very active and we are hunting them again. Insects are already on their way – a garden friend also saw a butterfly.
