Except for one day with rain and another with a bit of drizzle, the sunny weather has continued. Now you can practically watch things grow – new buds and shoots are appearing everywhere, and two days later they are often already flowering plants.
The first tulips and daffodiles clearly show us that spring is unstoppable. The trees and shrubs are already putting out new shoots, and the irises, oriental poppies, daylilies, and wild garlic form green islands on the otherwise still bare earth, while the periwinkle is in bloom. The lettuce is thriving in the greenhouse.
…and finally, there’s wild garlic to eat again!!!
